At Arromy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may wish to test your fragrance before making a final decision. You may use the perfume for up to two sprays. Products that have been used more than this, or requests made after the 30-day return period, are not eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.

If your order included a bundle or gift set, all items from the set must be returned together in order to receive a full refund. If you only wish to return part of a bundle, we will gladly offer an exchange where applicable.

For Home Diffusers and Car Diffusers, please ensure that the original sealing cap is included with your return. Returns received without this component cannot be accepted.
